・After the reservation is confirmed, the hotel representative will contact the guest via Whatsapp to provide information for self-check-in.

— Must Know —

・All prepaid bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
・Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room. If the limit is exceeded, guest must check out immediately and no refund will be given.
・Please show your identification upon check-in.
・Prices are included a 10% service charge.
・Reservation must be made in advance and is subject to availability and final confirmation.
・Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

⏰Late check-out is charged at HK$100 per hour, less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour
👥Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room. If the limit is exceeded, guest must check out immediately and no refund will be given
🚭Please note that Sunrise Inn is a non-smoking motel. Smoking in a non-smoking guestroom will result in a surcharge equivalent to HK$1500 and immediate check-out without any refund. If the fire alarm is triggered, 👨🏻‍🚒 fireman will be there immediately and guest need to suffer all the  expenses caused
