Six chefs that have made it through rigorous selection processes, and are aiming to be at the top of the culinary world. The chefs leverage their skills in each of their respective genres, and prepare amazing meals that are filled with creativity to be enjoyed by customers. re:Dine GINZA is a restaurant that turns the practices of conventional dining on its head, where the imaginations of these young chefs take shape one after another and are then presented for the enjoyment of everyday customers that walk through the door.
