FunNow cancellation policy updates：
1. Cancellation / Refund Policy
(i.) Refund Policy
・If it is during the full refund period, the full amount will be refunded to the original credit card account, and the original Fun Coins and promo codes will be returned. However, if the promo code has expired, it cannot be reissued.
・If it is during the partial refund period, the partial amount will be refunded to the original credit card account according to the refund policy of the product; Fun Coins will be returned, but the promo code will be non-refundable.
・If it exceeds the time that the order can be changed for this product, it cannot be modified or refunded. Orders that have expired cannot be modified or refunded.
・For orders including special packages, during scheduled activities, etc, then the unsubscribe rules marked in the product content and refund policy shall prevail.
(ii.) Additional information for special circumstances
・Please contact the online customer service within 3 working days regarding repeated bookings or payment issues. Orders beyond the time limit cannot be modified or refunded.
・Please contact the online customer service as soon as possible if there are any issues from merchants’ side instead of canceling yourself.
・You agree to these Terms and Conditions the moment you make a booking request.
・Merchants have the right to charge the full fee if you fail to attend in scheduled time or do not contact customer service in advance.
・Credit card refunds will be refunded to the original payment credit card, and your credit card company will take about 14 working days to process; as the credit card settlement date varies with each card-issuing bank, the credit card refund may appear on the next month's bill , to confirm the refund status, please contact your bank or credit card company yourself.
2. Rescheduling / Refund
・Booking can only be rescheduled once per order
・The modification must be done at least 3 hours before the original booking time.
・There will be no refund if the changed price is lower than the original one.
・Please read carefully about “Booking Time and Refund” as parts of products do not support the reschedule booking service.
3. Fun Coins Related
(i.) Fun Coins Exchange Rate
・100 Fun Coins = TWD 100
・100 Fun Coins = HKD 25
・100 Fun Coins = JYP 400
・100 Fun Coins = MYR 12.5
・100 Fun Coins = THB 110
(ii.) How to use Fun Coins?
・Fun Coins are valid for 3 months and can be extended for another 3 months subject to movement of Fun Coins (eg. using/receiving Fun Coins). If no increase or decrease of Fun coins within three months, then it will be deemed invalid and reset to zero.
・If you forget to use Fun Coins when purchasing, Fun Coins can still be reserved until the next one.
・Fun Coins will be fully refunded after the order is canceled.
・Fun Coins can be used to deduct the total payable amount if the transaction amount exceeds TWD 100/ HKD 25 / JPY 400 / MYR 12.5/ THB 110 And you may deduct up to 100 Fun Coins in a single transaction.
・Fun Coins can only be used in the minimum payment amount of TWD 100 / HKD 25 / JPY 400 / MYR 12.5/ THB 110
・You must agree and abide by the rules for using Fun Coins. If the company finds that you have obtained Fun Coins by misconduct or resold the Fun Coins for use by a third party or have other profit-making and speculative activities, the company will not be liable for any form of compensation or compensation for the disputes of third-party goods or services, and responsibilities or obligations. The company will have the right to suspend or terminate the use of all of your services. Should there be any damages made to the company, prosecution may not be ruled out.
