A sirloin is said to be the most healthy cut of steak you can find because of the lesser amount of fat found in sirloin as compared to other cuts of steak. This means that you are actually getting more meat for the price that you are paying for. At Ozeki Tokyo Cuisine, you will be able to enjoy a premium cut of Japanese Wagyu sirloin cooked to your preferred doneness on a stone grill for just RM58. Fun fact: stone grilling is a healthy way to cook meats as the heat is spread evenly and little to almost no oil is added while cooking.
